Embroidery /

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply threads. While, machine embroidery is an embroidery process whereby a sewing machine or embroidery machine is used to create patterns or textiles.
It is often used commercially in product branding, corporate advertising, and uniform adornment. It is also used in the fashion industry to decorate garments and apparel. Nowadays, embroidery is usually seen on caps, hats, coats, blankets, sweatshirts or hoodies, bags and many more.

Embroidery helps you create a professional look. Even so, it does not change the fact that embroidery can look nice and elegant with the right design.

Contemporary embroidery is stitched with a computerized embroidery machine using patterns digitized with embroidery software. Firstly, your design is setup with a special file format called a DST file. This file tells the machines exactly how your embroidery designs should be done to ensure a perfect finish.

After the file has been sent to the machine, the garments are then fixed into place using a special support, which clamps the about-to-be-embroidered area of the garment so it is tight and will not move. This is called framing.

Thread colours are added to the machine and the design is stitched onto garment or - for a simple word - sew. Embroidery is only running by machines while the quality of embroidery are always depend on the machines and operator skills and experiences.

In machine embroidery, different types of stitch add texture and design to the garments. Here in Corporate Hero, we use 2 types of stitches; satin and fill.

Satin stitch is also known as damask stitch. It is a series of flat stitches that are used to completely cover a section of the background fabric. We use satin stitch to sew a simple artwork.

Fill stitch is filled-in stitch and it requires more thread and takes longer to sew. It will have true density and give you a maximum coverage. We use fill stitch for a more complicated artwork.

And we combine between these two stitches for some artwork.

Gold Metallic, Silver Metallic, and Lumifilo (Glow In The Dark) thread is the option of special thread at Corporate Hero.

You can always change the ordinary to extraordinary.
